I have struggled with lifelong depression. Several decades ago it was diagnosed as major double depression, resulting from PTSD in childhood and my marriage/divorce. Over the years I tried various anti-depressants along with counseling which helped but were minimally successful.
In May 2020 I was in severe pain leading to despair related to being rear-ended in an automobile accident in February 2020.
